LeOak Experience

Leo Carvalho was born in the early 1980s in a small city in southeastern Brazil. He first picked up an acoustic guitar in the late 1980s and started playing electric guitar in the early 1990s. Leo joined several bands between the late 1990s—2000s, including Rolldana and Jack n’ Plug. During this period, he performed at bars and pubs, house concerts and private events, music festivals, and various live venues.

After a long hiatus, Leo Carvalho got back into playing the guitar as a hobby in the early 2020s. Now, he sees ideas as they come — raw and honest — because he believes real music is not about precision and perfection… real music is about how you feel. Driven by this vision, Leo gave life to the LeOak Experience project, culminating with the release of his debut experimental albums, “No Precision No Perfection” and “Crude Impressions” in 2026.
